Jason Rhoney has been in the motorcycle community most of his life. He graduated from MMI in 2007 and since then has worked in dealerships and small shops since as well while serving in the Army. Jason will have graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering physics.
Mechanic's
Most people in the community already know who I am; but for those who don’t I am Mike Head and I have been a mechanic for 40 plus years here in Lincolnton. My knowledge spans from all major Metric brands and Harley Davidsons. I also spent many years around motocross and drag racing. I was the Owner of Magic’s Motorsports for almost 7 years until I decided to sale to my daughter Mary and Jason. I don’t want to quit but everyone agrees I need to take more time to ride and enjoy life. So, I will be moving from owner to a consulting mechanic and start my retirement journey.
Hi, my name is Mary; I grew up in the motorcycle industry, as well as around motocross and motorcycle drag racing thanks to my parents Mike and Maria Head. I have spent 5 years running the parts department and gaining a lot of knowledge of all major bands. Last year Magic’s decided to hire another mechanic, so I stepped up and started learning how to work on motorcycles. I have learned a lot to from both Mike and Jason. I take every opportunity I can to better my knowledge on all thing’s motorcycle related. I have a young son that spends a lot of time in the shop and already shows the passion that our family has for working on motorcycles. I hope to make our business a “Family” affair.
